Calophyllum inophyllum

Other Names: Mastwood, Alexandrian Laurel, Indian Laurel, Beauty Leaf, Laurelwood, Maria Grande Kamani, Poonay-Oil.

Information

These woody plants can grow to a height that can reach up to 40 feet. The stem is gray on the outside but pink on the inside. Green leaves of this plant with the size of 3-5 inches long. The fruit is yellow-brown seeds are enveloped by the shell.

Effects of Poisoning

Symptoms of plant poisoning is a persistent vomiting and diarrhea. Rubber plants are capable of causing inflammation of the eyes and skin.
